Submitting Feedback to Apple
Hot off the presses with the 1st Generation iPhone, now is the time to be heard. I do not have many issues, but the ones I do have I hope can eventually be addressed. So I came across this address where Apple is openly soliciting our feedback. I advise everyone to share their thoughts with Apple in an intelligent and level-headed manner, and let them know what they can do to improve the iPhone experience for you.
My list of issues right now are: 64-Bit Vista Support, and IMap folder support. I would love to be able to create IMap folders, and move e-mail into IMap folders. I also would like Message Filtering.

I’m sorry to say your iphone really disappointed me. It doesn’t support Exchange at all, even though the menu has an option that it does.
IMAP - what marketing idiot in Apple used that protocol? No one uses it, and it’s not a push and pull technology. Get with it. Corporate users are using Windows Mobile 5.0 now - been out for more than a year. It’s the standard. POP and IMAP are for kiddies that don’t have real email systems.
Itunes claims it can synchronize outlook calendar/contacts. It doesn’t. Without that minimal support you make the phone worthless to anyone with a brain that needs to contact other people.
Cingular/At&T? Bad service compared to Verizon. You made a fundamental error with that service. Good luck unless you expand to carriers that actually provide good service.
The phone is pretty, has some nice browser features, poor speaker quality.
Not being able to use a stylus makes it pathetically slow to type, and much more errors when typing.
I’m canceling my service after a thorough 2 days of testing - very very disappointing phone overall.

Gregory,
I think you mis-submitted that feedback. You need to go to the link listed above, to submit the feedback.
